How this was made:
Stations go where people live, based on estimated size of cities and countries in 2075-2100 and population density. There's roughly one station for every 100 million people. Cities of political, economic, or religious importance also get a station, as well as cities in regions that otherwise would not have a station. Lines are drawn to link existing trade and cultural connections.
